My mind is a restless place. It turns over ideas like stones in a river—thoughts on film, music, philosophy, creativity, and everything in between. If left alone, I could entertain myself with my own thoughts indefinitely. But even the most introspective minds need a place to spill over.

So, I started JenTheory.

This is where I let my thoughts breathe—where ideas unfold, theories take shape, and inspiration finds a home. There’s no set destination, only the curiosity to explore.

Like many, 2020 was a shift—a moment of recognition that I’d lost something intangible. A spark, a rhythm. I realized the only way forward was to create. To think out loud. Because if we’re all just spinning through space, why not fill the time with what lights us up?

So here it is: a collection of thoughts, questions, and perspectives, open to anyone who loves to wonder. Maybe you’ll stay a while. Maybe you’ll leave with something new to consider.
